A MISTAKEN ORDER. TO WEAR OLD CLOTHES. LONDON, January 21. The calling up of the first classes of the Earl of Derby's recruits_ to-day resulted in lively scenes at Whitehall f and other centres, weresunijnoned to appear hourly at intervals.- • It ia expected that the medical examinations will take a week or_ten days. The notices informed the men what regiments were open. There were some vacancies in the Eonsehold Cavalry, and these were soon filled.
