TRADING WITH ENEMY

THROUGH NEW YORK. GLOVE FIRM CHARGED. (Received 10.5 ajn.) LONDON, January 19. William Gulden Rigden, William Fownes Rigden, and Stanley Fowncs Kigden, partners in the glove firm of Fotobcs Bros., were charged with trading with the enemy. Counsel stated that correspondence" was found showing that the defendants, who had a branch in New York, imported into America from Germany goods to the value of £6,000, promising to pay after the war, and paying additional interest, besides promising further big orders. The accused were remanded on bail of £2,000 each.
