TWO UTTERANCES COMPARED. RIBBLESDALE'S FRANK TREASON AND FISHER'S DIGNIFIED WORDS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 21. Mr J. H. Thomas, Labour member tor Derby, speaking at Leivisliam. contrasted what he described as 1-ord Ribbleedule'a frankly treasonable speech with Lord Fisher's dignified utterance, as atfording the most striking illustration of the difference of conception possessed by two men as to their nationai duty.
