Leslie Victor Nicholls, fruitgrower, of Otahuhu, in a statement to the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy, puts down his unsecured creditors at £506 19/8, and secured creditors £1.313 13/4, the estimated value of such securities being £1.600. Tlie assets are book debts £39 2/4) estimated to produce £20; cash £71 4/8. and surplus over securities £2SO 6/8. total £377 11/4.
Mawson Swan Cameron in his statement gives his unsecured debts as £2.127 13/ and secured debts £1,176 12/6, less estimated value of securities £I,SOO, leaving a surplus to contra £623 7/6. This being the only asset leaves a deficiency of £1,504 5/6.
