I Messrs Samuel Vaile and Sons report i the sale of the well known property in Lynch's estate,, -situated on the corner of Queen Street and Vulcan Lane, frontingthe former 36 ft and the latter 56ft, for This corner has been in the Lynch family for no less than 70 years, and now passes into the hands of Mr Arthur Eady. who has so long conducted his well known music business in a portion of it. It is considered one of the very best spots in Auckland for retail trade, and it will probably not be long before it is rebuilt. The Public Trustee represented the vendors' interests. During the last four years Messrs Samuel Vaile and Sons have sold £164,000 worth of Queen Street property.
