TRAM CARS COLLIDE..

A MOTORMAN KJUREIX A tramway collision, which occurred last evening at the foot of the rise on Victoria Street West, caused si certain amount of dajnage to the ears, ibut, with the exception of two scalp wounds received by one of the moionnen, was not attended by any injury to life or limb. Two-cars, driven by Alotorman Outfield and Motortnan Tuck respectively, were following each other into town. The lifeguard of the front car dropped just as the ascent o>f the hill was begun, and tlie m-otorman applied Iris brakes suddenly -to enable the guard to be replaced in position. Tnie occurrence was naturally unforeseen, and the second car crashed into the rear of the standing car. the glass ends were smashed, and the iron work was greatly twisted, while the overhanging roofs of the platforms were bent down. From one of these Motorman Tuck received two scalp wounds, which were attended to by Dr. Murray.
