I BOTHA TO BLAME. I crimes-Sydney Sun Special Cable.) (Received 9 a.m.) ! LONDON, January 15. "The Times," in a leader referring to the. South African strike, says that, although the Government are meeting the crisis with admirable resolution, they must bear part of the blame for the misguided arrogancy which has come upon the Labour party. During the general elections of 1911 the Labour candidates wore regularly supported by General Botha's followers as against the Unionists. No doubt these tactics misled the Labour leaders. When the conflict is over those who have combined for selfdefence will hardly return to their old political differences.
