A MENACE TO CRICKET. ("Sydney Sun" Special Service.) LONDON, August 1. ' The headmaster of Dulwich College, in a speech at tbe close of tbe prize-giving ceremony yesterday, expressed alarm at the increasing interest taken in tennis at the English public schools. This, he considered endangers the prominence of cricket. Lord Cheylcsmore. who spoke afterwards, concurred with the headmaster, and said that, while tennis was an excellent game, it was impossible to compare it with cricket or football.
