("Sydney Snn" Special Service.) j LONDON, August 1. | Mr Asquith. in tbe House of Comions, stated that the use of oil fuel for ie Navy had begun in 1004, and had rtended since, so that it was not a new eparture. Mr Churchill (First Lord of the Adlirally), replying to Lord Beresford, .id that "25 oil fuel contracts had been lade in. the past four years, and further -infracts would be made when necessary.
