LOST LUGGAGE SOLD.
A.H.B. COLLECTION. A sale of miscellaneous articles left about the wharves and other Harbour Board property during the last twelve months was held in the Tipper storey of No. 1 shed on the Qneen Street wliarf this morning. In addition to the dealers usually found at such sales, there were a large number of people w-ho had come along on the chance of securing some necessary a-t bargain prices. However, the collection included little that would be of any little value to the ordinary householder, though an examination of -boxes-of merchandise which had evidently gone astray in the process of tra-nshipmeTrt, indicated that some heavy earns must have been paid in compensation for the lost goods. The lots offered found ready pnrcliasers, and the prices obtained for packages, the contents of which were supposed to Tie unknown to the buyer, were surprisingly good.
