MEXICAN GUNBOAT SUNK
BY BOMB FROM AEROPLANE. WASHINGTON. July 20. The complete destruction of the Mexican Federal gunboat Tainpico is reported from Guaymas. This was achieved by means of a bomb dropped from an aeroplane.
Fighting is still proceeding at Guaymas between tbe State and Federal troops.
President Wilson is considering what policy to adopt in order to restore order in Mexico. The feeling at Washington is developing in favour of intervention.
