TAURANGA TRADE.
WELLINGTON MERCHANTS MOVING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. Mr A. E. M-abin was re-elected president of the Chamber oi Oommerce today. The chamber has been endeavouring to secure a regular steam service between Wellington and Tauranga. The Union Company, replying to a request on the subject, states it is unable at present to include Tauranga in the Itinerary of its steamers. The chamber has therefore decided to make inquiries of a Napier fir.m which it is stated is now sending a steadier to Tauranga at regular intervals. °
