CITIZENS' BALL.

Workmen are now busy preparing the Town Hall and the various rooms for the Citizens' Ball to-morrow night, and when completed the general effect promises to be very brilliant. At a meeting of the Ball Committee last evening it was decided to issue a limited number of tickets for spectators, the charge fixed being 5/. The committee requests purchasers of such tickets to be seated by 8.15 o'clock to-morrow evening.
