PRETENDER TO CHINA'S THRONE.
DESCENDANT OF THE MINGS. ♦ • . THE CAMTAI. DISPUTE. PEKIN, March 5. A pretender to the Throne has appeared in the person of Chu*cheng-yu, a descendant of the Emperor Wan-li, of the Ming dynasty. Chu-cheng-yu has some supporters in the Anhui and Hupeh provinces. Dr. Sun-yat-sen does not insist that Yuan-shih-kai shall visit Nanking. Four of the Republican delegates are return* ing to Nanking to urge the Republican Government to go to Peking to establish a coalition administration. A TRACT LOAD OF LOOT. MTJTUEEBS FORCED TO WAIJC {Received 9 ajn.), PEKIN, March 5. The Government has pardoned 1000 of the Fengtai mutineers, and provided them with a special train to proceed to Lukochou. The train was so filled equipment and loot that the mutineers were forced to walk.
