MISSING GERMAN YACHT.

J (Received 10.20 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. The wreckage of a yacht has been found on No. 5 Howiek Island. It is supposed to be a portion of the German Govern ment yacht Seestern, which has been missing for two years, having disappeared while on the voyage from Sydney to German New Guinea with a large consignment of esolosiyes aboard— SUCCESS Ox , PENNY SOST. (Received 11.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The postal Tevenue shows that no loss occurred through the introduction of penny postage. The revenue from June 8 to 21 was £157,000, compared with £ 141,000 for the same period last year.
