(Eeceived 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. In the House of Assembly, Mr. Wade , sontinued the debate on the second reading of thu Arbitration Bill. He declared that the greatest blot on the bill was that, the Government proposed to drastically punish strikers if they registered under the Act. but net to punish (hem if they were not registered. Ringleaders 01 strikes should be punished more heavily than the men whom they misled. The bill proposed to treat all similarly.
