BOXER RlsniG EXPECTED.
ST. PETERSBURG, March 4.
The anti-foreign agitation at Mukden, the capital of Manchuria, is growing. Proclamations have been issued urging the extermination of Europeans Advices from Vladivostok, in Aeiatic Russia, state that a Boxer rising is expected.
Foreign newspapers in the Far East advise their respective Governments to send troops for the protection of their subjects.
