LONDON, March 4.
The Earl of Crew- (Secretary of State for Indm), whole out dining with Lord Morley slipped and fell. He struck his Head when he fell, sustaining slight concussion. His condition is improving, but he will be incapacitated for two months.

LONDON, March 5.
Eari Crewe is progressing as satisfactorily as can be expected. He fainted owing to gastric trouble, due to overwork, the concussion being secondary. Other politicians are feeling the strain of three elections and four autumn sessions in five years.
Lord Morley will take charge of the India office until Earl Crewe regains his health.
