COLLAPSE OF A WALL.
—— ■ m >^— CRASHES INTO NEWSPAPER OFFICE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WESTPORT, this day. At a quarter past eight this morning a brick wall of a building in course of erection in Palmerston-street, Westport, collapsed, and smashed in almost a complete length of one side of the "Westport Times" office, a wooden building. Several of the compositors had a narrow escape from a serious accident. Although some of the machinery was covered by falling ! bricks, none of it appeared to be dam- ' aged. It was raining heavily at the j time of the accident, which the builders attribute to new mortar running.
