The p-S- Eagle left the ferry tee at 6JO pjn. yesterday and ran against the Settlers' tee. She knocked a small hole on her gunwale and broke one of the side rails. One oi the plamks was also knocked off the corner of the wharf. Ko serious damage was done. The captain of the Eagle states that the launch Presto came ronnd the end of (No. 2 tee and ran across his bow. He held his helm over to avoid a collision, and before he could bring the steamer jwund. .again she bumped tb.e wharf.
