A UNIONIST MANIFESTO.
GOVERNMENT OF UTTLE ENGI-ANDEBS. (■Received 8.47 a-m.) LONDON, July 8. Tie Midland Liberal Unionist Association has made a statement to the effect that the Government have now avowed themselves as Home Rulers and Little Englanders, and adds:—" We -want more union, not separation; we want closer relations with the colonies, based on a preferential tariff."
