TRAINING SHIP SPARROW.
A SERIOUS HITCH. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Admiralty's insistence upon certain conditions with regard to the upkeep and insurance of the training ship Sparrow has led to a serious hitch, and the commissioning of the veseel has been indefinitely postponed.
