MEETINGS TO COME. May 31 and June 2.—North N.Z. Coursing Association.
After the third payment for the North Niw Zealand Coursing Association G-raiid Challenge Stakes, fifty-two were stih left in, and it is expected that fifty will go to the siips. in consequence of the second day of the Takapuna J.C. Meeting falling on the 2sth, one of the days selected by the Coursing Association, the committee have found it necessary to make an alteration, and the uates appearing at the head of this column wi!l be observed.
Mr P. Clarke, owner of Cleughbrae, runner-up to Fearless Footsteps in last year's Waterloo Cup, and owner of some gtod norses in England, died recently.
