SUDDEN DEATH.
The district coroner, \Mt T- Gres* ham, held an inquest ithis morning, to inquire into the circumstances surrounding the death of John William Binns, a plumber, 3S years of age, who died at his residence, Prances-street, Richmond,- yesterday; morning. It appears that deceased prior to retiring on Monday night complained of pains in lis head. Yesterday morning he became worse, and Dr. Grant vtas senft for, but btb fore his arrival decease^, had expired, arid he could only proitalttce life to' be extinct. Dr. Parkes made a postmortem, and Drs. Sharman and Makgill also.viewed the body. At the inquest Ernest Charles Binns identified the body as that of John William Binns, his brother. He stated that two years ago deceased had a severe attack of influenza, but had never complained to witness of any consequent bad results. Deceased had been employed pretty constantly for the past two years. He was married, and had: seven ■ children. The hearing of medical rand other evidence was adjourned until May 7, at the Criterion Hotel, t<o allow Mr Pond, Government analyst, to make an examination of the contents of the stomach and portions of the body.
