MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. .'I. McGowan, Minister for Alines and .Justice, in-rived from ihv Thames last night, accompanied by his private secretary, Mr Matthews. This morning Mr McOowan was at the Government Buildings, attending to ilepurt menial matters until noon, when the Hon. J. 0. Ward arrived by iho s.s. Ilctoiti, and (he two Ministers conferred on private matters. M> Ward proceeds lo Te Awamuiu next iveek, and Mr McGowan will most probably leave for Wellington to-morrow-
