SUPPOSED SUICIDE.
AX OLD MAN SHOT
An old man mimed John Kilmer, about sixty years of age. and wlv< resided in Hill-street, Onehunga, was found dead in his hed ihis morning by n lad named Jeff, who was accustomed to take the old man his morning meal. Deceased had ueeu ailing for some time, and as ite shows murks ol' being shot in the abdomen, and a gun being' found in the bed containing the discharged cartridge, it is supposed he committed suicide. An inquest is being held this afternoon by Mr T. Hutchison, S.M., coroner for the district.
