THE FEDERATION COMMISSION.
The majority of the members of the Federation Commission arrived from the South by the s.s. Koloiti, and the Auckland sittings will be commenced at 10 a.m. on Monday in the Municipal Chambers, vYeliesley-street. A lunje number of subpoenas have bee.l issued to representative men in the city, but anyone who wishes to volunteer evidence will he heard on communicating wit It the Secretary, Air Maurice Fox. The members of the Ccnuni-sbioii Who arrived to-day i.re: Colonel Pitt (ehanrmah), Don. (.'. ('. I.owen, Messrs 11. Ueaeham. W. S. Reitl, and T. W. Leys. Mr J. Roberts, C.M.0., and Mr .1. '.\. Millar, M.TLR.. will arrive by the ZenInndia* to-morrow, while Captain Russell and the Hon. Major Steward will eume up from the South ettrlv next week.
