Mr Seddon has received the following cablegram:—"All accounts confirm the gallant conduct of Cradoek's men in the battle at Ehenoster kopje. They beat 'back a most serious attack, and afterwards carried the enemy's position; >ai'ter the Yorkshire and Irish Infantry had been repulsed.''
