FOREST QUEEN.
Tihd 'amalgamation, of the Holly Branch Special Claim of 100 acres and the Forest Qncen Claim of 20 acres, at Waikoromiko, lias been completed, and the company is being formed to work the combined areas. On the Holly Branch property prospecting- work only has been done, but was sufficient <o prove that the property contains several gold-be,ar-ing lodes. The Forest. Queen Claim has had several crushing^, with satisfactory results. The company's property comprises 120 acres, being bounded by the new Four-in-Hand and Kauri Freehold Estates. A crushing- plant has been secured, and operations will be in full swing in a short space of time.
