Stoping on the foohvall leader from the winze intermediate drive is proceeding, both east and west; very fair quality ore is coming to hand from the western end, the leader at present be- j ing a nice size and the country favourable. The results from this section . will be more than payable up to the : present. The eastern section is rather poor, though gold'is seen every breaking down. Tributers have, during the \ week, crushed U tons for a return of soz Gdwts gold, value £15.
