N.Z. CROWN RETURN.

£ 6070 FOR THE MONTH

During the pnst month the N.Z. Crown Mines Company at Karangahake crushed 2900 tons of ore for a return of bullion worth £GO7O, thus establishing another record as far as the actual amount of gold won was concerned. The previous month's yield was however really more satisfactory, as although 419 tons of ore less were treated, the bullion obtained was only £63 below the total for this month.
