Annie Yandle. -Eveline Me- | Mahon, and Josephine Roderick, who | took their parts well and were loudly applauded at the conclusion, fn the second part of the programme the j amusing trio, 'Three Old Maids,' was given by Josephine Jioderiek, Maud Sampson and Lizzie Hill, and this item was followed by a dialogue. 'Gifts For All,' in which Miss Mary Cottingham was 'The Rose,' and Miss Katie Tyna 'The Lily." A eachuca was danced very gracefully and vivaciously by Misses Maud and Sylvia Sampson Grade Maule. Hilda Brierlev and Annie Yandle, and the dancers were very warmly applauded. Several more choruses were given" by the pupils, including a plantation song and chorus, 'De Ole Banjo.' in w^hich Miss Maud Sampson was Dinah, the boys in the: chorus being comically got up as. 'darkies.' Every Dumber on the programme was excellent and the whole performance did the teachers and Dr. Kgan much credit, as showing the excellent progress the pupils hart made. Miss T. V. Coffey and Div Kgan played the accompaniments during the evening. The proceeds were in aid of school requisites. Mr J.! Corbett rendered valuable assistance in connection with the boys' portion of the entertainment. : ■
