Tlie annual meeting of shareholders in this company took place yesterday in Mr J, H. Morrison's office, and was well attended. Mr A. Bell presided. The bal-ance-sheet showed total receipts £6-12 17/0 and the expenditure left a credit-balance of £427 5/1. The amount spent on wages was .£l2B 9/(5. The retiring directors, Messrs Ledinghatn and Brown, were re-elected. The mine manager's report stated that from 90 to 100 lb of picked stone were obtained from where the leader Junetioned with the Blue Peter leader; also, about 2cwt of fair grade and 4 lons of general ore. A few pounds of picked stone were obtained during the week. The manager recommended that No. 4 level should be extended to the Royal Oak boundary. The shareholders resolved that tlie manager be instructed to treat the stone now on hapd.
