DUNEDIN, this day.
The Rev. Morley presented a report of the church building and loan fund, which, with certain amendments, was adopted. Mr Morley was thanked for his valuable services and reappointed. The Committee were also thanked tor their services, and the following committee was set up for the coming year : The general secretary, superintendents of the churches of Durhamstreet, Chrisbehurch Soubh, and Sb. Albans, Avith Messrs W. Harris, P. W. England, G. H. Black-well, and (.- Bowron. The secretary and Mr W. Harris were appointed general treasurers. The Conference representatives are holding a picnic to-day. The weather is delightful.
