THAMES, this day
Monday, Miners' Union Day, will be observed as a holiday. Sports will be held at Parawai. The entries are not so good as in former years. There will be an excursion to Coromandel, where the Thames Lawn Tennis Club play Coromandel. Tararu cricketers play Coromandelites. Splendid, entries have, been received for the Thames Amateur Club's autumn gathering, included being several Auckland champions. '
