It is stated that several cases under the Gaming and Lotteries Act will be preferred against several Auckland bookmakers for making bets with juveniles at the Thames races.
The Terranora, which left on an excursion to New Brighton yesterday, got stuck, and has not arrived here yet. A large number have left for Auckland for the New Year's holidays.
