A.meeting of subscribers for sharedvin the above syndicate waa held, when it was resolved that a company he formed under the no-liability section of the Mining Companies Acb, 1894. wibh a capital of £4,000 divided into 80.000 shares of one shilling each. Messrs Twentyman, Clark, McKerraa, Taylor, and Hankin were appointed directors; Mr J. H. Porter, legal manager. Aba meeting of directors held immediately afterwards it was decided to at once transfer the property, which consists of the St. Catherine special claim ab Port Charles, to tbe Company, and also to appoinb two men bo immediately commence aystefhabic pro*pectiag.
