Ab Pukekoho on Monday a full mucker of cattle met a brisk sale through* out. Dairy cows were from £4 10a to £6 ; calves, 12* to £1 5a 6d each. Ab the clearing sale held ab Mrs Cawkwell's on Saturday there was a very numerous attendance and satisfactory prices. The waggon brought. £30; spring cart, £7 10s ; dray and frame, £9; 26 Cows in milk dv nearly calving from £4 10a bo £8 2s 6d ; draught horses, from £1410s to £20, were the prices realised. At Remuora on Thursday, dairy cows in full number were dull of sale, prices ranged up to £7 ; few store cattle yarded. Calves numerous, bub motibly young ; for those prices ranged from 3s to 6s each. Fat cattle in moderate supply. 160 sold. Prices for ship-borne equalled those locally fatted. Good steer* averaged I9i, cows 17» 6d the 1001b. Sheep in average Bupply, 1,267 sold. At| first previous values were given, bub advanced as the sale proceeded from Is to 2s each, although quotations will not vary from thoie given ab late markets. Wethers ranged from 8s to 14s 6d ; ewes, 84 to 13a ; lambs or hoggebts, 7s to 10s 6ci each. Pigs in usual number, but of better than usual quality, sold frsely ; porkers were from 16s to 30a ; heavy pigs, up bo 45s ; nuokers, 3b 6d each, 69 sold.

Extra stoub sold from 6d to 6|d ; stout, 4£d to 5d ; medium, 3Jd to 3Jd ; light, 2|d to 3d. Cow (best lots]|: Dry, 3d ; wet salted, 2Jd to 2|d ; inferior lots, 2d to 2Jd. Calf and kips, 2d to 3id per lb. Sheepskins: Competition brisk and full prices realised. Local groon and country salted : Large longwools, from 58 to 5s 6d ; medium, 4s 6d to 4s 9d; email, 3s to 4s each; country dry, from 4d for shortwoolled, to 6d per lb for light-pelted wellwoolled. Tallovr, bones and horns: No change.
