Mil seamen engaged or employed in the colony are to be paid wages »fc current rahes ruliDg in the colony, but this section does nob apply to vessel's that do doc trade in the colony beyond bringing passengers and cargo from abroad, and shipping passengers and cargo to be carried abroad. Section 14 declares that every seaman discharged in the colony shall baentiitled to recover the fall amount of wages due up to the time of discharge, though his ball term of engagement may not; be completed. Seamen cannot contract themselves oat of these provisions as to wages. ' .
