KAURI TIMBER COMPANY'S LAND.
AN IMPORTANT DECISION,
Mr Warden Kenny stated thab he bad received instructions nob to grant any more applications for claims on the Kauri Timber Company's property, not even if the said Company were consenting parties. Be application for the licensed holding alleged to overlap on the Wynyardton Company's ground, Mr W. Hackett, appearing for the application, intimated in Court yesterday that it would be withdrawn.
