Special Claims.—The following additional special claims were recommended . : — Elviru, Geo. Yeoland, Coromandel; Cora Lino, D. Meikle, Kuaotunu ; Ditto, Ohinemutu, A. E. Whitakor; Rotomahana, J. F. Newton ; Sunshine, F. Dutfaie ; Golden Ripple, J, H. Taylor. Miscellaneous Applications. — The following wero granted: — Kuaotunu, machine sifce and water race, R. Davis ; ditto, Great United G.M. Co.; ditto, C. F. Wigley ; ditto, Kuaotunu G.M. Co. ; residence site to C. H. Bennet; permission to work was granted to the Oriental G.M. Co., with 2 men for 4 months; ditto, Premier L.H., 2 men for 4 months ; ditto, to Midas G.M. Co., to work Aorere No. 2, S.C., with 4 men for 2 months ; ditto, Mountain Flower G.M. Co., with 4 men for 4 months; permission to work Norena G.M. Company wihh four men for four months ; ditto Invicba, with two men, four months ; ditto Norena Extended, with four men for four months; Geraldine special claim was granted protection for six months.
