The firsb half-yearly meeting of shareholders in tho Buffalo G.M. Company was held on Jan. i6abMrJ. H. Harrison's office, whon Mr H. T. Gorrio presided. The statement of accounts submitted showed total receipts to have boon £1,200. Tho expenditure was : For purchase of mine £345, managemenb and directors £32, wages £152, sundries (specified) £56' 6s 9d, mino requisites £24 la 6d, leaving a balance still in hand of £590 11a 9d.
