"THE RIVALS."

The performance ab the Opera House tonight of Sheridan's witty comedy " The Rivals " is going to be well patronised, and it only remains for the actors to do their part well to make the play the success everyone would like it to be. TJiey have been working hard of late, and we are given to understand have been very successful in their histrionic efforts. Under Mr Archdale Taylor's coaching the characters have made thomselve familiar with ,the letter and spirit of their roles, and promise to do themselves credit when the curtain rises this evening. The audience is particularly requested to be in their places at eight o'clock precisely, as the managers are anxious that there should be no time lost in commencing the performance.
