DEFENDED CASE.
Joseph Peters v. George Potter.—-This was a claim for £14 2a 6d, balance of money due by plaintiff to defendant for work alleged to have been performed.—Mr Hudson Williamson appeared for the plaintiff, nnd Mr G.N. Brassey for the defence.— An amount of evidence was taken, and ultimately judgment was given for the plaintiff for £6 14s and cosba £3 10s. TO-DAY. JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. William Monaghan v. F. Cowper.— Claim £14 lis.—Defendant did not appear. An order waa made to pay £4 Ss on or before February 2'2nd, 1894, William Wilson v. William Weaver. —Claim, 15a 3d —Defendanb consented to an order to pay the amount.
