SAD END TO A WEDDING

; Brisbane, January 12. A melancholy termination of a wedding at Dalby occurred yesterday. .sje? Bowden, one of the bridesmaids, who is sister of the bridegroom, and Krnest Hunt, brother of tho bride, accompanied by Miss Callaglian, were returning homo on horseback, when they were overtaken by a storm. Young Hunt and two horses were struck by lightning and killed on the spot. Miss Bowden was rendered insensible for three hours. Miss Cttllaghan,was slightly burneid, but galloped to town and reported the matter. Miss Bowden is now recovering. Hunt was killed on his thirteenth birthday. His father had a horse killed by lightning during the same storm at a spot several miles distant.
