NEW STEAM YACHT.
Tho lino new steam yacht of 35 tons mep.suremunt which Mr W. Holmes ia building ab tho North Shore to tho order of Mr Holgott, of liawau Island, is very nearly completed, and will most probably bo launched towards the end of next week. She has just been coppered, and hor cabin fifitings are well in hand. McUoskrio and Sons are making her boiler and machinery. She ia to be used principally for ploasure cruising, and is to bo fitted up almost exactly on tho model of Mr Featberstone's well-known steam yacht Nautilus. Ample cabin accommodation i_ being given her, and she i.'i to be lightly rigged as a fare-aud-aft schooner. She has fine lines, and should b© a sm.irt-lookiug craft atioat.
