TOOLE TO-RIGHT.
Toole, the comedian, opens to-nighb afc the Opera House. A man with his reputation needs no putf preliminary, it is only necessary to remind the public that the chance of seeing England's lion comic actor for a very short season is brief. The Company he brings with him is a caiefully selected one. Each member is a capable actor. Miss Irene Vanbrough is the youngest leading lady on th 9 stage, and has won goldon opinions from all who have seen her over here, while at Home the most experienced eritice give her high praise. Miss Johnston© has been with Toole for 14 years, and is almost as great a favourite with the London and English provincial public as the great comedian himself. Mr John Billington's name is well known to students of the modern drama. He is a veteran actor, who has remained popular with the public for a greater number of years than he himself would probably care to remember. He is a remarkably finished actor, with a big reputation to which he is fully equal. The younger members ot the Company are clever young actors and actresses, and will doubtless be appreciated for their own sakos. "TciOn Parle Francais" and " Chawls" are the pieces in which Mr Tool© made his reputation. Anyone who misses seeing him in them will miss a very great treat.
