Marriage.

Wellington, tliiu day. A suit for dissolution of marriage is about to ongago tho attention of tho Divorro Court in Wellington. Tho petitioner is Mary Jane Wright, wifo of Henry Charles Clark Wright, accountant, and sho prays for divorco on tho ground of her husband* cruelty and adultery. The petition sots forth that tho parties wore married at tho Registry Office in. Auckland on tho .'trd of August, IS7!>, tho respondent boing then employed as a commercial traveller; that they romded in Auckland for soino time, and thoii camo to Wellington, whero they lived over since ; that tho issue of tho murriugo has boon two children, viz., Reginald Clark Wright, agod 9yoars, and Elizabeth Minnio Clarke, agod 3 ; that during thtyoars 1883, ISS4, and 18S5 respondent treated her with groat unkindnofs and cruolty, and frequontly used offensive languago towards her, and abußod her; that in and about tho month of July, 1884, and at divors times botween then nnd tho month of June, 1885, ho committed adultory with Mary Koely, wifo of Henry Thomas Kooly, fireman ; that in and during tho months of July, Ai-gust, Soptombor, and Octobor, 1885, the said Mary Kooly frequently visited him at his house in Wollington, on which occasions acts of adultery woro committod. Tho petitioner seeks for a dissolution of tho marriage nnd tho custody of tho children. Tho enso comos on for heaving at tho next mUin>* of the Court.
