Mahv Extjif.k Ann McOiuthy was brought this morning before Mr Soth Smith, R M. on a chargo of feloniously killing and murdering her infant male child at Mount Hoskill, on tho 'Jnd insfc. His Worship to Sorgoant I'ratt : Havo you any further ovidonco to oiler beyond that taken at tho inquest » Sorgant Pratt: No, your Worship. His Worship said that wan not sufficient to send tho caße for trial. Mr Napier said ho was instructed to nppoar in dofonco. Tho chargo was withdrawn.
