THEATRE ROYAL.
The last performance of " Formosa'^on Tuesday evening, at the Theatre Royal, attracted a moderate audience, and the play was as successful on former occasions.
The sensational drama of "After Dark" was presented last evening, with a strong cast, Mr 1-ioskins sustaining the characters of Old Tom and Charles Dalton, and Miss Colville that of Eliza. The performance was remarkably successful. "After Dark" will bo repeated this evening; and on Saturday, "The Happy Pair," and Coleman's " Heir-at-Law," will be produced on the occasion of Mr Hoskins farewell bcnc.it. TDK CIUCUS. _ The Circus was well patronised on New Year's Eve, and last night. The acrobatic feats, leaping, the pole-ballai icing, and the extraordinary performance of Zubco, wcio tho theme of general admiration. LOUNE-STEET HALL. Madame Cora and Val A roso drew a Rood house, and the performance was very successful. Many of the gilts given at the close of these entertainments are really valuable.
